Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Faithful mobile application (the "Service") operated by Faithful ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post — prayers, updates, reflections, prophetic words. You're responsible for the content you share, including its legality and appropriateness. By posting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Service for you and the friends you share with.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Faithful to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
- Post hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate other people or organisations.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or otherwise compromise the Service.
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation without our permission.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time at faithful.church/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
Faithful is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithful and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll surface a notice inside the app and update the "last updated" date above.
